Waitlist Terms and Conditions

Please read these Readii Waitlist Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. You accept these Terms when you ask to join our waitlist.

Readii is offering a home internet service to selected customers. By registering for the waitlist, you are expressing your interest in Readii’s and related products and services. Availability of Readii’s services is currently limited, and not everybody who seeks to be placed on the waitlist will be able to participate. A place on the waitlist is not a guarantee of being offered the products and services described.

To register for the waitlist, you must provide a valid email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a waitlist participant, the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of registration will be deemed to be registered for the waitlist.

As spaces become available, Readii will send invitations to select waitlist people at the email addresses provided upon registration. Readii will determine invitations in its sole discretion. You must respond within three (3) days of the date Readii’s invitation is sent to claim your space. If you cannot be contacted, fail to respond in the timeframe specified, or otherwise fail to complete any further actions communicated by Readii, you may forfeit your selection from the waitlist. However, as additional spaces arise, you will remain eligible for a future invitation.

By registering for the waitlist and providing your email address, you agree to receive emails related to the Readii, including, but not limited to, confirmation of your waitlist registration. Readii will maintain any personal information collected in connection with this waitlist in accordance with Readii’s privacy policy.

Readii reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the waitlist and any aspect of Readii’s products and services at any time at its sole discretion.
